We make real what matters. This role needs

Responsibilities

Manufacturing:

• Effectively and efficiently manage production of required daily, weekly, monthly target in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations using best working practices.
• Manufacturing capacity planning and resource planning.
• Prepare annual CAPEX and OPEX budget and forecast to facilitate necessary resources.
• Drive LEAN and productivity measures on continual basis. 
• Monitor key performance indicators for the functions.
• Conduct risk assessment of processes and derive mitigation measures.
• Identify areas where automation and smart manufacturing can enhance productivity and reduce human error and implement suitably.

Production Planning and Control:

• Oversee Revenue execution planning, Project sequencing, factory loading.
• Oversee material planning, material ordering, material issue to line.
• Inventory monitoring and control.
• Material to sales ratio analysis.
• Oversee packing and dispatch activity.

Quality and EHS:

• Ensure that the function operates in line with environmental health and safety policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Monitor NCC and ensure timely closure.
• Analyze NCC’s and plan for Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.

People Management:

• Handling of people to get desired output without IR issues.
• Create and guide a competent and motivated group of engineers and technicians. 
• Encourage employee engagement activities.

Qualification and experience Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering with 15 to 20 years’ experience in Manufacturing, Production planning and Control.

Quality Management:

•Significant part of your experience in industries like MV / HV Switchgear.
•Handled business of 20-25 BINR size.
•Good standout colleague, multitasker & should be able to work & perform under time pressure.
•Good communication skills.
•A strong team player with proven ability to build and nurture high performing teams.
