We are looking for: Solution Engineer
You’ll make an impact by:
- Solution Design & Engineering- Translate customer requirements into detailed technical designs, ensuring alignment with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct feasibility assessments and evaluate design alternatives to define optimal engineering solutions.
- Develop detailed engineering concepts, schematics, layouts, and associated technical artifacts.
- Product, Component & System Definition - Identify, specify, and document all system components, modules, and subsystems required for the solution.
- Define technical characteristics, operating conditions, capacities, and constraints of each element.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal experts to validate component suitability and compliance.
- System Configuration & Customization- Configure products, assemblies, and software modules according to solution requirements and architecture.
- Customize system parameters and settings to ensure operational performance and compatibility.
- Conduct reviews and verification to validate configuration accuracy before integration.
- Integration Engineering- Develop integration plans, interface specifications, and interaction models to ensure seamless interoperability between system components.
- Identify integration risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent compatibility or performance issues.
- Support system simulations, testing, and verification activities to ensure components function as a unified system.
- Realization & Documentation- Oversee the implementation of the engineered solution, ensuring functionality meets design intent and customer expectations.
- Prepare comprehensive design documentation including drawings, BOMs, technical specifications, installation guidelines, and test procedures.
- Provide engineering support during installation, commissioning, and validation of the solution.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination- Partner with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth execution of the solution design.
- Provide technical clarifications, resolve engineering issues, and support execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure timely delivery of components and alignment of all stakeholders with engineering timelines.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation- Review project outcomes and incorporate lessons learned into future design practices.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies, materials, or methodologies to enhance solution quality.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure evolving requirements are understood and addressed.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical / mechanical / power systems engineering.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in the field of power transmission and distribution systems and / or projects ranging from medium voltage down to low voltage in critical environments, preferably Industries.
- Basic understanding of integration of different third-party portfolio elements (inverters, UPS, batteries, and transformers). Knowledge of SKIDs / E-Houses as a portfolio would be considered as an advantage.
- Experience in the design of communication infrastructure concepts including knowledge about most common communication protocols.
- Basic Knowledge of network design and calculation.
- Communication technology knowledge (hardware, protocols, architecture development)
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- You are eager and energetic, using your skills and initiative to seek out opportunities instead of waiting for it to come to you.
- An interest in interface management and creativity to think beyond the industry standards / practices.
- A flexible attitude and willingness to travel.
