Regional Manager, Digital Business Transformation & Excellence FR/BE/LUX (m/f/x)
Within our Smart Buildings division (Fire Safety, Security, HVAC, Building Automation & Digital Services), we are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Digital Business Transformation & Excellence Regional Manager for the LCB FR cluster (France, Belgium & Luxembourg).
In this key role, you combine strategic insight, leadership, and operational drive to strengthen governance, harmonization, and continuous improvement of Tools & Processes across the three countries.

Your Role and Impact
As Regional Manager, Digital Business Transformation & Excellence, you are responsible for the strategic leadership and further professionalization of Tools & Processes within France, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
You ensure:
- Consistency and performance across the three countries
- Alignment with HQ standards
- Integration of local operational needs
- Structural optimization and increased digital maturity
- You act as a connecting link between Business, Country Management, and Headquarters and actively contribute to operational excellence within Smart Buildings.
Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop the LCB FR Process & Tools team
- Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the three countries
- Set priorities and safeguard quality and deadlines
- Identify training needs and guide tool and process changes
- Ensure continuity and performance of the team
- Strategic Governance & Roadmap Management
- Define, prioritize, and monitor the Tools & Process roadmap for LCB FR
- Organize and chair governance boards (TPMM, Boards, SteerCo, …)
- Translate business needs into structured solutions
- Safeguard alignment between local requirements and HQ standards
- Set priorities and manage escalations where necessary
- Harmonize project methodologies and drive continuous improvement
- Identify synergies across countries to achieve economies of scale
- Local Integration & Anchoring
With strong operational involvement in Belgium and Luxembourg:
- Gather and integrate local management needs into LCB FR priorities
- Organize and facilitate quarterly Tools & Process Management Meetings
- Optimize and structure processes and user guides
- Provide functional leadership to local Process & Tools employees
Your Profile
- Strong people leader with an international mindset
- Strategic thinker with pragmatic execution capabilities
- Experience in governance of tools, processes, and digital transformations
- Experience in project management and change management
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented
- Languages: Fluent French and English – Dutch minimum B1
