Then come and join our global team as Cybersecurity Manager for certifications (f/m/d) to ensure market access for Customer Service's digital solutions.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

This position is full-time or part-time with a minimum of 30h/week.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You will act as the contact person and coordinator for certifications and testing. You will develop the holistic certification strategy including decision templates and ensure a resource-optimized certification effort for the digital solutions of Customer Service.
  • You will be responsible for the conception, introduction, expansion and management of internal control systems for certifications.
  • You will monitor the market for current certification requirements with a focus on cyber security including aspects of data privacy.
  • You will evaluate the impact on Customer Services and take necessary measures including certification strategy. You will take into account company policies, market, customer and commercial requirements.
  • You will work closely with business functions to align company standards, best practices and benchmarks and assess regulatory requirements.

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You have a university degree in information technology, business law or similar.
  • You have many years of professional experience in dealing with integrated management systems and their certifications (e.g.: ISO 27x; ENS; CPCS), attestations (e.g.: SOC2, C5) and relevant audit standards (ISAE 3402, PS951 or similar).
  • If you have substantial, long-standing professional experience and further qualifications in this field but no academic degree, your application is also highly appreciated.
  • You have demonstrable experience as a project or sub-project manager for the coordination of necessary measures in the certification process in large organizations and can ideally prove the various project management methods by means of appropriate certifications. Further experience with agile methods would be an advantage.
  • You have very sound knowledge of the design, development and operation of group-wide IT solutions as well as comprehensive knowledge of the processes for the secure management of IT and service organizations with regard to cybersecurity.


Your attributes and skills:

  • You are business fluent in written and spoken English; Further German knowledge is considered an advantage.
  • You have a diverse toolbox to analyze complex contexts and develop solutions together with international teams.
  • You always keep the long-term goals in mind when developing solutions, weigh options comprehensively and ensure sustainable results.
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and assertiveness to develop and implement decisions across all technical disciplines and various hierarchical levels.
  • Your digital skills in researching, analyzing and preparing data and information support you in efficiently identifying and solving challenges.
