We are looking for: Senior Copilot Agent Developer

We are looking for a skilled and motivated ACS / BIS Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be operating IT and business process general controls, using their knowledge and experience in SAP ACS (GRC) in large corporate environments, with a good focus on Service delivery, technical collaboration with business teams and technical excellence.

You’ll break new ground by:

• Design, build, and maintain sophisticated Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Develop complex conversational flows, generative AI plugins, and data-driven logic.
• Integrate Copilot agents with Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, Azure services, APIs, and line-of-business systems.
• Implement governance, monitoring, lifecycle management, and performance optimization.
• Work closely with business partners to translate processes into efficient automation through Copilot experiences.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data protection, and responsible AI standards.
• Lead code reviews, standard processes, and mentoring of junior developers.
• Design and build model-driven and canvas apps, including Dataverse data models.
• Develop Power Automate flows, including complex RPA cloud flows.
• Create reusable components, process automations, connectors, and integrations.
• Support application lifecycle management using Power Platform ALM, Azure DevOps, and Git.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including:
• Generative answers, AI plugins, conversation orchestration
• Topics, variables, entities, data sources, and orchestration workflows
• Copilot in Teams, M365, and custom channel integrations
• Good experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially:
• Power Apps (canvas & model-driven)
• Power Automate (standard & advanced workflows)
• Dataverse data modeling
• Custom connectors and integration with REST APIs
• Proven understanding of M365 and Azure ecosystem, including: Azure AD / Entra ID, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management (nice to have)
• SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook integrations
• 5+ years in Power Platform or Microsoft cloud development.
• Experience in designing and delivering enterprise AI or automation solutions.
• Good background in solution architecture, requirements engineering, and partner management.
• Proven ability to work in agile, fast-paced, multi-functional environments.
• Good communication and consulting skills.
• PL‑200, PL‑400, PL‑600, or MS‑AI related certifications.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, or Data Engineering.
• Experience with AI governance frameworks.
