At Siemens, marketing plays a direct role in driving growth for some of the world’s most advanced industries. We are looking for a Field Marketer (Single Point of Contact) to lead marketing programs for our Semiconductor and Battery markets in the United States.
This role is a unique opportunity for a marketer who wants to own strategy, drive measurable pipeline impact, and work directly with sales leadership. You will act as the primary marketing partner for these industries, connecting industry-focused marketing campaigns with regional execution to generate demand, accelerate opportunities, and grow revenue

We are looking for a US Field Marketer-Semiconductor & Battery (Single Point of Contact) and this position is located remotely within the United States.
You’ll make an impact by:
· Own marketing outcomes for two high-growth industries (Semiconductor and Battery) in the US, ensuring programs translate into measurable pipeline and revenue impact
· Work directly with sales leaders and global marketing teams
· Drive pipeline and revenue impact, not just campaigns
· Develop expertise in account-based marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing
· Gain visibility with senior leaders across the organization

Own Industry Marketing Strategy
· Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Semiconductor and Battery marketing in the U.S.
· Align with industry sales leaders to define marketing priorities and growth opportunities.
· Develop and execute marketing plans that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
Drive Demand Generation
· Execute integrated campaigns across digital, content, search, social, events, and account-based marketing.
· Identify gaps between global programs and regional needs and launch targeted campaigns to close them.
Optimize Performance
· Track marketing performance across the demand waterfall from engagement to pipeline progression.
· Use data and analytics to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
Partner Across the Organization
· Collaborate with global marketing teams to localize programs for the U.S. market.
· Work closely with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts directly support sales opportunities.
Lead Execution
· Work with campaign execution teams to deploy quarterly and annual marketing programs.
· Ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with business goals.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
· 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation.
· 5-7 years of experience with the B2B sales cycle and pipeline development.
· 5-7 years of experience translating strategy into measurable marketing programs.
· 5-7 years of experience with measuring campaign performance.
· Authorized to work in the United States without the need for company performance now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience marketing to Semiconductor, Battery, or advanced manufacturing industries.
· Familiarity with account-based marketing and inbound content strategies.
· Experience working with global marketing organizations.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

- The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $91,463 - $156,794 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
