Your Role:
As a Product Management Professional you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to strengthen Siemens Healthineers’ presence in Algiers in the field of Digital Health. You will support sales teams, develop business opportunities, and consolidate our Digital Health portfolio (PACS/RIS/CVIS and related solutions).

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business plans for Digital Health solutions (Healthcare IT).

Analyze customer needs and propose the best Siemens Healthineers solutions.

Strengthen the reputation of the Digital Health portfolio in Algeria.

Identify and develop sales leads, managing the opportunity funnel.

Support sales teams in achieving order targets.

Deliver impactful presentations to clients.

Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasts (orders and revenue).

Develop a network of customer references as a lever for future growth.

Collaborate with local, regional, and global teams to ensure project success.

Your Profile:

Proven experience (5+ years) in Healthcare IT (PACS/RIS/CVIS).

Strong background in marketing and sales of IT healthcare solutions.

Demonstrated management, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.

Good understanding of IT infrastructure and digital health project execution.

Knowledge of radiology and cardiology workflows.

Fluency in French and English (Arabic is a plus).

Location: Algiers.
