We are looking for a Property Management Professional to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan within the Siemens Real Estate area.

Your Challenge

As a Property Management Professional, your mission is to ensure the proper operation of Siemens’ facilities, which will undergo a development project in the coming years, with a strong focus on ESG requirements, employee satisfaction, and long‑term business outlook.

Some of the main activities will:

• Managing collaboration with internal customers, Technical Property Managers, Contract Management, Real Estate stakeholders, and local authorities.
• Supporting interface activities related to construction projects at Casa Siemens in collaboration with Siemens Real Es
• Negotiating contracts and related conditions (e.g., pricing, termination terms) and preparing/completing the corresponding lease-in and lease-out agreements.
• Ensuring the financial fulfillment of agreed lease contracts (in/out), with a solid understanding of corporate real estate principles and their impact on daily business operations.
• Supporting the development of space optimization initiatives based on customer needs and market trends, seeing opportunities to enhance space efficiency, occupancy costs, and SRE rental conditions (internal and external).
• Ensuring adherence to maintenance principles, guidelines, and processes.
• Understanding in detail the cost structure and key cost drivers of technical assets/equipment, and monitoring the allocated budget for related projects.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

• Comprehensive skills and experience in corporate real estate, covering building operations and asset management, including the use of real estate applications and building technologies.
• You hold a Degree in architecture or/and Engineering science (mechanical /electrical/civil) as well as experience with CAD
• Strong IT affinity, with the ability to stay up to date on the latest technological innovations and apply them effectively within the company.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage in effective and impactful discussions.
• A customer-centric mindset, consistently approaching tasks and decisions from the customer’s perspective.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across networks, businesses, and functions.

• Passion to never-stop growing

• Proficiency in Italian and English
