Experience: 1-2 Years

What would you do?

Manage and analyze sales orders (SD) and operation order to ensure accuracy of cost and revenue postings
Review non-moving and aged OOH items; perform comparative analysis such as COPA vs COPA and POC vs POC to ensure accurate cost and revenue recognition.
Review negative OOH balances and ensure timely clearing and correction of balances in the system.
Perform OCC vs COPA reconciliation to identify deviations in reported cost and margin; review exceptions and ensure corrective measures to maintain reporting accuracy and integrity.
Conduct Work-in-Progress (WIP) analysis to support accurate cost reporting and timely project closure.
Review cost of sales (COS) postings, identify discrepancies, and prepare Journal Voucher Entries (JVE) for corrections.
Maintain hygiene of financial records through periodic balance sheet reviews and reconciliation for order related Activities.
Support in responding to internal and external audit queries by providing necessary evidence and documentation.


What are we looking for?

Graduate or Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, Order booking and Accounting.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, dashboards).
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail, accuracy, and process discipline.
