Working Student (f/m/d) Innovation, Strategy & Ecosystem
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week
Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the Innovation Center (Innovation, Strategy & Ecosystem).
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will support us in the creation and management of content on our SHIFT Idea Management platform, the SHIFT SharePoint page, to facilitate cross-company innovation activities
- You will help organize innovation challenges on the platform with the help of workflows
- You will also assist in the creation of basic wireframes to improve the user experience of the platform

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently studying industrial engineering, business administration, computer science, psychology, design or a related course of study
- You are at least for 3 semesters available
- You have experience in modern community systems such as Viva Engage, LinkedIN, Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) or are open to familiarize yourself with them
- Basic skills with HTML is a plus
- Ideally you have knowledge of Design Thinking, Customer Journey Creation, Creativity Methods, User Experience Design, etc.
Your attributes and skills:
- You have very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
- You be motivated to get to know new programs
- You have energy, motivation and a desire to do things yourself
- You are interested in meeting new people and are not afraid to approach strangers
