 We are looking for a Product Owner to take end‑to‑end responsibility for a globally deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 application. In this role, you will own the product roadmap, drive continuous development, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations including incident and ticket management.
 
Tasks & Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Leadership: You are responsible for leading and executing complete implementation cycles of SAP S/4HANA Service modules—from initial analysis to Go-Live.
Solution Design & Architecture: Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you gather requirements and develop tailored, high-quality solution designs.
Expert Consulting: You act as a Trusted Advisor to our Internal Business partners regarding S/4HANA functionalities, best practices, and current market trends in the Service sector.
System Configuration: You handle the professional adaptation and configuration (configuration) of the system to meet specific business requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Knowledge Transfer: By conducting workshops and training sessions, you empower our internal Business partner and ensure sustainable system usage.

Requirements
Extensive Expertise: At least 8 years of professional experience as an SAP S/4 HANA Consultant, with a clear focus on service processes.
S/4HANA Know-how: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Service functionalities, particularly in Service Management, Customer Service, and Field Service Management.
Integration Knowledge: Solid understanding of adjacent modules (SAP R/3 CS, PM, SD) and proven experience in integrating third-party systems and platforms.
Project Experience: Routine in full-lifecycle implementations as well as experience with system upgrades.
Language Skills: You are business fluent in English (written and spoken).
Qualifications: SAP certifications are a plus, though not mandatory.
