We empower our people to stay resilient and relevant in a constantly changing world. We’re looking for people who are always searching for creative ways to grow and learn. People who want to make a real impact, now and in the future. Does that sound like you? Then it seems like you’d make a great addition to our vibrant international team.

In this role you’ll be leading complex transitions with clarity and purpose, turning uncertainty into meaningful progress and real transformation.

We are looking for a Senior Transition Project Manager.

You’ll make a difference by:
  • Leading full transition lifecycle—from planning to stabilization—while ensuring continuity and minimizing business impact
  • Developing and executing transition strategies (phasing, cutover, rollback, hypercare) with clear risk and decision frameworks
  • Resolving complex, ambiguous challenges and advising senior leadership with strategic options and recommendations
  • Managing diverse global stakeholder groups and building alignment with senior management across functions and regions
  • Delivering executive-ready reporting with risk assessments, trade-off analysis, and clear decision recommendations
  • Driving change adoption (impact analysis, communications, training, resistance management) and promoting modern digital/AI tools while mentoring team members
Your success is grounded in:
  • Proven leadership of complex transitions in transformations, consulting, or large enterprise programs (systems, processes, org change)
  • Deep expertise in transition management (cutover, data migration, continuity planning, hypercare) and strong change management capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage risks proactively, and resolve issues independently
  • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C‑level and senior leaders
  • Excellent analytical, strategic, facilitation, and presentation skills for senior-level workshops and governance forums
  • Fluent English communication with executive-grade writing, speaking, and presentation abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed for key transition milestones, workshops, and leadership engagements
We offer you:
  • Working from the comfort of your own home (hybrid)
  • Competitive remuneration package
  • Empowerment and opportunity for work-life balance
  • Career growth and development
  • Free and unlimited access to Siemens' Learning Platform
  • Multisport card
  • Employee Referral program
  • Additional health coverage (medical and dental care)
  • Additional pension insurance
  • Family allowances
  • Food vouchers - 102.26 EUR net
  • Friendly work environment
  • Employee assistance program (confidential psychological help)
