Sales Manager – Technical Sales (Infrastructure)
Location: This is a national sales role which will require travel throughout the UK.

We’re now looking for an energetic, people-focused Sales Manager to lead our Infrastructure Sales team and drive the next phase of our strategic growth.

What You Will Be Doing
As our Sales Manager for Infrastructure, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the success of Siemens LV Switchgear within the UK market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and delivering the sales strategy for Siemens LV Switchgear across UK infrastructure projects.
- Leading, inspiring, and managing the Infrastructure Sales team to achieve personal, team, and business KPIs.
- Driving profitable growth of the UK Commercial Circuit Protection portfolio and increasing market share through a collaborative approach.
- Achieving budgeted turnover and margin targets aligned with ESL UK budgets.
- Setting, managing, and delivering sales targets for the LV Switchgear product range.
- Providing high-quality forecasting, CRM updates, and monthly reporting to ensure clear visibility of performance.
- Coaching, supporting, and developing team members to build capability aligned with the ESL competency framework.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships across specifiers, contractors, and distributors.
- Promoting seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders including ESL Sales, Smart Infrastructure Sales, and wider Siemens teams.
- Delivering work in a professional, ethical, and sustainable way aligned to Siemens values and strategic objectives.

Essential
- Experience leading a successful sales team.
- Experience selling into Specification, Contractors, and Distributor markets.
- Ability and willingness to cover the full UK customer base as required.
- A strong Growth Mindset and passion for developing yourself and others.
- Previous experience selling a similar electrical product portfolio.
Desirable
- A formal electrical qualification (ONC/HNC/HND or equivalent) and relevant industry experience.
- Strong commercial awareness, with an understanding of profitability throughout the sales cycle.
- High-level IT proficiency, with strong written and numerical capability.
