To strengthen and support our ongoing growth, we are looking for an working student (m/f/d) to join our department, based in Vienna for 20 to 30 hours per week (part-time) !

You’ll make a difference by
  • Supporting project coordination and tracking of NIS2-related activities
  • Maintaining and structuring project documentation and data
  • Assisting with process mapping and process improvement activities
  • Preparing summaries, overviews, and status updates
  • Supporting communication and alignment with internal stakeholders
Your preferred qualities
  • Enrolled student (e.g. business administration, project management, economics, industrial engineering, or similar)
  • Structured and reliable working style
  • Interest in compliance, processes, and data management
  • Very good English skills; German is a plus
  • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

Our Offer
The gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 40.910,24 (full-time basis), in accordance with the collective agreement.
