Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in the area of Internal Control.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You will support the execution of our worldwide Internal Control process, including coordinating responses, validating results, and preparing management reports
  • You will assist with the review, update, and further development of Internal Control–related trainings
  • Together with us you will contribute to the maintenance and further development of our communication and documentation platforms
  • You will support projects related to process optimization and standardization within Internal Controls
  • You will conduct with us analyses related to risk management, control effectiveness, and following up validation activities
  • You will collaborate with global stakeholders across functions and regions

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently enrolled in a study program in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field (a focus or practical experience in internal control systems, auditing, accounting, or risk management is a strong plus)
  • You are available for a minimum of one year
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI is an advantage
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, support analysis, or streamline documentation is an advantage


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good English skills (written and spoken); German or additional language skills are an advantage
  • You are interested in the field of Internal Controls and eager to grow your expertise in an international, dynamic environment
  • You bring strong analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy working with data and processes
  • You learn quickly, work reliably, and have a structured approach to tasks
  • You are proactive, enjoy sharing ideas, and are motivated to contribute to continuous process improvements? Then we look forward to receiving your application!
