Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Specialist for its Indirect Channel Sales Team in North West Spain. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of building automation and fire safety in a key region with an industry-leading company.

You will drive our indirect sales channel strategy, generating growth in the region. You will manage and strengthen relationships with partners and system integrators, maximizing existing network potential and strategically onboarding new collaborators.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Growth: Exceed sales targets and expand market share in North West Spain.
  • Partner Development: Recruit and onboard new system integrators and partners to grow the indirect sales network.
  • Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing partners, supporting their success with Siemens solutions.
  • Portfolio Champion: Promote building automation and fire safety products, highlighting their value and advantages.
  • Market Insight: Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide commercial and initial technical guidance, coordinating with internal experts as needed.
  • Sales Planning: Execute strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within an indirect sales channel environment.
  • A strong understanding of building automation, HVAC, fire safety, or related technical solutions for buildings is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus).
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the North West Spain territory.
