Siemens Smart Infrastructure Buildings is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Specialist to drive growth and shape the future of smart, safe, and sustainable buildings across the Center region (Madrid, Castilla y León, and Castilla-La Mancha).

This is a high-impact role at the heart of our Indirect Channel Sales Team, where you’ll lead the strategy for partners and system integrators, expand our network, and play a key role in delivering Siemens’ cutting-edge building automation and fire safety solutions.

As Territory Sales Specialist, you will drive significant business impact across the region by developing strong partner relationships, maximizing the potential of our network, and strategically onboarding new collaborators.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Growth: Exceed sales targets and expand market share in North West Spain.
  • Partner Development: Recruit, onboard, and grow system integrators and partners in building technologies.
  • Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with existing partners and support their success with Siemens solutions.
  • Portfolio Champion: Promote building automation and fire safety products, highlighting their value and advantages.
  • Market Insight: Monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Technical Sales Support: Provide commercial and initial technical guidance, coordinating with internal experts as needed.
  • Sales Planning: Create and execute strategic territory sales plans aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within an indirect sales channel environment.
  • A strong understanding of building automation, HVAC, fire safety, or related technical solutions for buildings is highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships and influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a territory effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages a plus).
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the North West Spain territory.
