What will you do?
Ensures adherence to Production Quality Assurance-related processes and procedures, and oversees related operational and/or support activities, with specific operation teams assigned.

• Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations.
• Implements the specific quality programs within the respective organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs. 
• Contributes to product safety activities. 
• Ensures real-time production quality reporting for ad-hoc analysis, instant decision making, preventive action and continuous improvement.
• Contributes to budget planning processes.
• Ensures qualification and competences of production employees with regards to quality.
• Leads a production quality team. Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows.
• Manages quality-related activities with internal and external parties involved.

What would you need to succeed?
• Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• English intermediate level. 
• Electrical Regulations (IEC, IEEE).
• Quality Standards (ISO 9001).
• Immediate measures to: stop problem propagation, prevent additional damage. Physical containment and document no conformance.
• Electrical Diagram Interpretation.
• Measurement Instrument Handling.
• Understanding Single-Line Diagrams.
• Failure Analysis.
• Implementation actions: contention and corrective.
• Non-conformity forms.
• Traceability records.
• PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act).
• ISO 9001.
• Electrical Safety Certificate.
• Electrical Risk Prevention Course.
• Quality Audit Certification.
• Leadership.
• Effective Communication.

• Identify root cause.
• Minimum 3-5 years Experience in similar roles.
• Manufacturing Process Knowledge, painting, welding and punching.
