The Sales Assistant supports the Product Sales and Orders team by delivering comprehensive administrative, operational, and customer engagement support. This role ensures smooth execution of day to day business activities, including sales operations, marketing coordination, documentation, reporting, after-sales orders and support, and general office administration. The ideal candidate must be organized, customer-focused, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.

You’ll make a difference in areas such as:
Sales Support – Handle quotations, proposals, sales documentation, pipeline updates, customer follow-ups, and coordination with finance, logistics, and operations.
Marketing Coordination – Support campaigns, product launches, events, and prepare marketing materials while gathering market insights.
Administrative & Office Management – Provide administrative support, manage schedules, prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist internal communication.
Customer Service & Relationship Management – Serve as first contact, resolve inquiries, manage after sales support, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Reporting & Documentation – Prepare sales reports, update CRM and dashboards, and ensure data accuracy and compliance.

You’ll win us over by having:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales support, admin support, or marketing coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), preferred.
• Familiarity with sales reporting or basic marketing tools, preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
