We are currently recruiting for 3 skilled HVAC Technicians who are F-Gas qualified to come and work on air conditioning repairs for the our class 444/450 fleet based in Northam depot, Southampton. 

** 2x Roles will be working on a shift Rotation on Days only and 1 role will be working Monday to Friday days only and covering annual leave **

You’ll create impact by ….

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and repair faults on air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Complete reactive maintenance tasks in line with service level agreements.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
• Complete accurate job sheets, service reports, and compliance documentation. 

You’ll win us over by …

• Experience in a mechanical/electrical engineering environment
• F-Gas Qualified
• Experience of fault finding
• Ability to complete all records of actions and operations accurately and to procedures
• Ability to understand and care for tools, equipment and PPE

Due to the requirements to comply with legal responsibilities imposed on us by the Working Time Regulations, ROGS Regulations and other Railway Group Standards, we advise that successful candidates are based up to 1 hour from the depot.
