我们正在精益团队招聘一名精益工程师，负责伺服和主轴电机的精益生产单元和精益物流设计。该职位的核心职责是与公司工艺、生产、物流等团队合作，根据产品的生产工艺路线、物料特点、生产运营需求等，设计高效的生产单元、物料及成品的物流方案。

What are my responsibilities? 你将在这些领域发挥影响力
-Layout design for workshop and production cell based on lean manufacturing and logistics strategy; 按照精益生产和物流策略，规划工厂及生产单元布局
-Identify waste and improve though the whole value stream by VSM and IE 7 methods. 通过价值流分析和IE七大手法识别出价值链中的浪费，加以改进
-Organize and coordinate lean related continuous improvement projects in site to support the achievement of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost target; 组织协调工厂内的持续改进项目，以支持达成安全、质量、效率、成本等目标
-Mobilizes site`s continuous improvement activities and supports these complete(Gemba Walk, continuous improvement training, OPL, recognition, cost saving etc.)组织工厂相关持续改进活动并支持完成（巡厂，持续改进培训，OPL，奖励认可，成本节约等项
-logistics container and equipment design and introduction; 物流载具设计及导入
-Provide technical support to cross function（project management, production, quality, Purchasing…）为合作部门提供技术支持（项目管理、生产、质量、采购等）
What do I need to qualify for this job? 期待你具备的技能和胜任力
-University degree or above, major in industrial engineering or manufacturing related; 本科或以上理工科制造工程或工业工程相关专业
-Skilled in AutoCAD, solid works/Pore, plant simulation, process simulation software; 熟悉使用制图及仿真软件
-Over 5 years related lean working experience in manufacturing and logistics, better for foreign-owned enterprise; 3年以上跨国公司制造工程及物流的精益工作经验，外资企业更佳
-Familiar with manufacturing process, refine product site, lean production knowledge and skills, better for motor; 熟悉制造业的运作流程、现场改善、精益生产的知识和技能，熟悉电机产品更佳
-Good English skill both writing and oral;良好的英语书写和口头表达能力
-Good ability in communication, coordination, and leadership. Strong in problem analysis; 具备良好的沟通协调能力，具有较强的问题分析和改善项目的推进能力
-Good organize ability and management ability; 有较强的组织和管理能力
