Position Title:

You’ll create impact by

• Supporting the Digital Industries team in sales support and business-related activities, including preparation of presentations, reports, and basic analyses.
• Assisting in market and customer-related research tasks, such as collecting data, structuring insights, and supporting internal decision-making.
• Supporting coordination between internal stakeholders across sales, operations, and supporting functions when required.
• Contributing to ongoing projects related to sales processes, customer management, or operational improvement initiatives.

·       Gaining hands-on exposure to Siemens’ business environment, portfolio, and ways of working in an international and industrial context.

Your defining qualities:

• You are currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering or a related field, ideally with an interest in sales or customer management.
• You have a structured and analytical mindset and enjoy working with data, processes, and business scenarios.
• You are comfortable using common business tools such as Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesfoce) or basic data tools is an advantage.
• You communicate confidently in English and are able to collaborate effectively in an international and multicultural environment.

·       You are proactive, reliable, and motivated to learn, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business setting.
