Business Development Partner CEECA (m/f/d) – Digital Health Solutions 

Location: CEECA Zone (Remote)

Join us as a key driver of digital transformation in diagnostic imaging across Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In this role, you will grow the business for cutting‑edge digital health solutions, advising sales teams and customers and bringing real innovation into clinical practice.  

Operating at the intersection of technology, strategy, and customer value, you will have visible impact and strategic influence. 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by shaping and executing the go‑to‑market strategy for our Digital Health portfolio — from AI to telemedicine and data platforms. 
  • Partner closely with local sales teams, service organizations, and customers to unlock and scale digital opportunities across multiple countries. 
  • Boost new customer acquisition through expert sales enablement, compelling value presentations, and consultative solution guidance. 
  • Develop and implement focused sales strategies based on market insights, customer needs, and competitive intelligence. 
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers at leading international congresses and events, opening doors for new business.
  • Collaborate within a multinational, agile team in a fast‑moving, innovation‑driven environment. 

Your qualifications and experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or comparable qualification) in Healthcare IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field 
  • Several years of experience in technical B2B sales, portfolio/product management, or the medical technology sector 
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and hands‑on experience with systems such as PACS, RIS, or HIS 
  • Solid knowledge of interoperability standards including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR 
  • Robust IT foundation (e.g., servers, operating systems, networks) 
  • Ideally, experience in diagnostic imaging and radiology workflows 
  • Fluency in English 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Central & Eastern Europe and Central Asia
