Introduction: 
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operation Center Team Lead to lead our data analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires not only deep expertise in data analytics but also strong data processing capabilities and an IT technical background to ensure smooth data pipelines, reliable data quality, and effective utilization of analytical tools. You will be responsible for guiding team members on complex data analysis projects optimizing data infrastructure, visualizing the analysis in dashboard, translating analytical insights into actionable business strategies, and developing IT tools to improve the operation efficiency.

What are my responsibilities? 

1.Data Management and Visualization
-Lead business status monitoring by collecting and organizing sales data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness 
-Utilize statistical models and software to conduct comprehensive data analysis, supporting strategies and forecasts
-Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
-Develop and manage performance reports and executive dashboards to monitor goal achievement 

2.Standardization and Optimization of Process
-Identifying areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement within the sales department from business and operation perspectives
-Streamlining and standardizing sales and operation processes, supported by implementing tools or systems for more business impact and higher operation efficiency

3.Data Processing & IT Support:
-Collaborate closely with data engineers and IT teams to design, develop, and maintain efficient and reliable data pipelines and ETL processes.
-Ensure the implementation of data quality, data integrity, and data governance standards.
-Possess a deep understanding of data storage, data warehouse/data lake architectures, and be able to provide optimization recommendations.
-Evaluate and introduce new data processing tools and technologies to enhance the team's data processing capabilities.
-Ad-hoc develop on data platforms, incl. Qliksense, Mendix, PowerBI, Snowflake, etc.

4.Team Leadership & Management:
-Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data analysts, including performance management, career development planning and daily work allocation.
-Foster and maintain a highly collaborative team culture, ensuring knowledge sharing and skill enhancement among team members.
-Serve as the primary communication bridge between the team and business units, IT departments, and other stakeholders. Drive good cross collaboration.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2.Experience: 
-At least 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a minimum of 2+ years in team management or project leadership.
-To-B working experience or knowledge is a plus. 
3.Data Analysis Skills:
-Proficient in SQL, capable of performing complex data queries and analysis.
-Skilled in at least one data analysis programming language (Python or R), and familiar with relevant data infrastructure.
-Familiar with statistical principles, A/B testing, regression analysis, classification, clustering, and other common data analysis methods.
-Proficient in using mainstream BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) for data visualization and dashboard development.
4.Soft Skills:
-Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
-Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
-Ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
-Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
