  • Define system architectures and functionalities that align with both customer requirements and the Siemens Mobility portfolio.
  • Analyze technical gaps and create User Requirement Specifications (URS) to guide our R&D teams in developing necessary features.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the bidding phase to project execution by supporting the engineering team with clear technical definitions.

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Solid experience in Rail Signaling (approx. 5+ years), with a deep understanding of the Mainline (ML) or Mass Transit segments.
  • A collaborative leader capable of coaching others and coordinating international teams and stakeholders.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to define technical concepts and drive continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for this role, as you will be dealing with international projects and HQ.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to connect with partners and customers.

You’ll thrive even more if you also bring

  • Knowledge of the Siemens Mobility product portfolio for Mainline systems.
  • Experience with Requirements Management, CENELEC standards, or V-Life Cycle models.
  • Previous exposure to Bidding & Tender processes.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. We value your potential and the unique perspective you bring.
