We are looking for job title : AI Engineer

You’ll create impact by

• Building Applied AI & LLM-based solutions, including intelligent agents, workflows, and automation pipelines.
• Translating business needs into well‑defined agent roles, tasks, guardrails, success metrics, and evaluation frameworks.
• Developing and iterating AI agents using both low‑code platforms and code‑first approaches where required.
• Prototyping in sandbox environments, supporting testing/UAT, and coordinating deployments across environments.
• Ensuring compliant, secure, and reliable AI behavior, including responsible data handling and model governance.
• Supervising agent performance through observability tools and continuously optimizing prompts, logic, and workflows.
• Coordinating delivery activities, including sprint planning, partner alignment, risk tracking, and progress reporting.
• Engaging closely with business users and customers for discovery sessions, demos, adoption support, and feedback loops.
• Supplying to internal knowledge sharing, documentation, and best‑practice development across teams.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including

• 3–5 years of experience in ML/AI engineering, applied AI, or intelligent automation.
• Hands‑on experience with low‑code AI/automation platforms such as n8n, SAP Joule, AgentForce, or similar tools.
• Strong GenAI fundamentals, including prompt engineering, grounding/RAG, model evaluation, and observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, Arize).
• Ability to integrate AI solutions into business processes, enterprise systems, and multi‑application workflows.
• Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (highly preferred).
• Validated experience in multi-functional project coordination and delivering AI/automation solutions end‑to‑end.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work efficiently with technical and non‑technical partners.
• A passion for solving real‑world problems using emerging technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML, Azure, or enterprise automation are a strong plus.
