You'll make a difference by:

• Automating Sales Workflows: Developing and implementing automated solutions for quotation tracking using Power Automate to reduce manual effort.
• Driving Data Analytics: Overseeing data integrity and building insightful visualization dashboards and reports within Power BI to support business decisions.
• Optimizing Digital Workspaces: Assisting with the architectural setup, organization, and administration of SharePoint sites for better team collaboration and documentation.
• Maintaining Installed Base Data (iBase): Auditing and cleaning legacy customer records and installed base data to ensure accurate tracking of products and service contracts.
• Managing CRM Data Quality: Monitoring and auditing internal sales databases (SieSales) to identify discrepancies and ensure high-level data accuracy.
• Improving Business Processes: Streamlining operational workflows and facilitating the transition to global sales tools (SieQuote) and SAP data capture systems.
• Mapping Business Ecosystems: Consolidating and maintaining comprehensive data repositories of key stakeholders, vendors, and partners for operational use.

Your defining qualities:

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Analytical Mindset: Possessing strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finding patterns in complex data.
• Process Optimization Interest: A genuine interest in how businesses operate and a desire to make workflows more efficient through digitalization.
• Technical Literacy: A basic understanding or a strong eagerness to master Microsoft Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and advanced Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables).
• Effective Communication: Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proactive Ownership: A self-motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative on projects in a fast-paced environment.
