We’re growing and adding an additional P&O Business Partner to our Grand Prairie team! In this role, you will join an established P&O team with a primary focus on partnering with our shop floor operations and frontline leaders. In close collaboration with your fellow onsite P&O Business Partner, you will help drive a strong, aligned people strategy that supports our manufacturing operations and enhances the employee experience.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a demonstrable track record of translating business strategies into people initiatives that effectively drive and support business performance, including profit, growth, and customer and employee engagement across the organization. 

The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver with the ability to skillfully navigate complex and strategic topics.  You will report to the People & Organization (HR) Manager - Operations and maintain a consistent and reliable on-site presence at our factory in Grand Prairie, Texas.

We are looking for a People & Organization (HR) Business Partner. This is an on-site position located at our Grand Prairie, TX, manufacturing site.

You’ll make an impact by:

  • Create and lead strategic people priorities (i.e., leadership development, people experience, early career programs, upskilling & enablement, etc.) and action areas derived directly from the business strategy to ensure alignment and organizational success.
  • Partner with business leaders to generate actionable data insights that drive strategic decisions and align with forward-looking performance metrics like revenue, profit, growth, order intake, etc.
  • Lead critical conversations with leaders and teams to tackle complex challenges, improve team effectiveness, guide the organization through change, and align workforce strategies with global and emerging trends.
  • Foster relationships to enable seamless integration and seize opportunities for alignment across the internal ecosystem (EHS, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Organization, Comp & Ben, Governance & Compliance, P&O Business Partner community, etc.), driving impactful outcomes. 
  • Partner with People Relations and Governance team to support core HR operational activities, ensuring timely, compliant, and effective support for day-to-day manufacturing and employee needs while balancing strategic business partnerships.
  • Challenge the status quo and ask, "What if?" and "Why not?"

You'll win us over by having the following qualifications: 

Basic Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 4-5 years of consultative problem-solving, organizational change, risk management, facilitation, and stakeholder management at the leadership levels of the organization.
  • 4-5 years of HR experience with knowledge of various HR fields, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and management consultation.
  • 4-5 years of experience working in a matrixed environment and successfully managing multiple stakeholders
  • 4-5 years of experience in leveraging technology like PowerBI, Workday, MS Excel and AI
  • Ability and willingness to travel, estimated at 10-25% for this position.
  • Ability and willingness to occasionally work 2nd shift hours (3 PM-11 PM).
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong experience and knowledge, drawing business-relevant insights from data (leading with people data).
  • Early career talent planning experience is a plus.
  • Certifications in change management / organizational development/leadership training, / PowerBI are a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Union knowledge/experience is preferred.

You’llbenefit from: 

  • The pay range for this position is $82,538-$141,494, and the annual incentive target is 10% of the annual salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.

The pay range for this position is $82,538 - $141,494 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
