We’re looking for an Engineering Project Manager who is eager to learn, ready to grow, and motivated to take on increasingly complex projects in the rail and transportation industry. What Your Day-to-Day will look like:

Support and help lead projects from planning through execution—working closely with engineering, procurement, testing, and other cross‑functional partners to ensure successful delivery.

  • Support project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned to business objectives in an agile project environment
  • Implement our project management processes and principles across the full project lifecycle
  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, schedules, and reporting using tools such as JIRA and Microsoft Project
  • Prepare and deliver project updates, progress reports, proposals, roadmaps, and presentations for internal and external partners
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and proactively to all partners
  • Monitor project performance, track milestones, and support cost, schedule, and scope management
  • Assist with change management related to scope, schedule, or cost impacts
  • Foster strong working relationships across internal teams and external partners
  • Participate in project close‑out activities and post‑project reviews, contributing to lessons‑learned and continuous improvement
  • Support contract‑required emergency response activities, including participation in after‑hours on‑call support (24x7x365) as needed

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Management or Project Administration role
  • Experience working with internal and/or external customers
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and follow‑through
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management certification (PMP or similar)
  • Experience in the rail or transportation industry
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Microsoft Project

The pay range for this position is $111,282 - $130,662 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
