Siemens Smart Infrastructure Division, Electrification & Automation Team is seeking a Project Solution Engineer to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions in the electrical and automation fields. Would you like to join us in shaping the future of social infrastructure by working closely with customers to address their challenges, leveraging your technical expertise and project execution skills?

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build electrical and automation solutions tailored to customer needs

• Optimize system configurations and develop/execute integration strategies

• Provide technical sales support; prepare proposals and quotations

• Manage project progress (delivery, cost, quality)

• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance satisfaction

• Analyze market and technology trends; perform risk management

【Qualifications】

• Business-level Japanese (N1) and English

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)

• Practical experience at an engineering design firm

• Project management experience

• Experience with electrical SCADA systems preferred

• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) welcome

【応募資格】

•ビジネスレベルの日本語（N1）および英語

•電気工学の学士号（修士号歓迎）

•エンジニアリング設計会社での実務経験

•プロジェクトマネジメント経験

•電気系SCADAシステムの経験があれば尚可

•PMPなどのプロジェクトマネジメント資格保有者歓迎
