  • Continuously evaluate new technologies and features (e.g., AI capabilities) to contribute to the improvement of our Mendix service standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Explore and apply UI/UX best practices to create clean, intuitive interfaces and streamline user journeys.
  • Integrate Mendix applications with other enterprise systems, solutions, and data sources as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Actively promote best practices and organize knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage collaborative problem-solving, open communication, and continuous learning within the team

  • Practical use of AI tools to support prototyping, development, testing, or documentation.
  • Experience integrating Mendix with enterprise systems (REST, SOAP, databases, ERP, IoT, etc.).
  • Experience developing any language (e.g., Java, Typescript, React, etc.) and applying Low-level Design (LLD) and Design Patterns.
