At Siemens Digital Industries, you’ll contribute to smart industrial solutions that make factories and production systems more efficient, connected, and future‑ready. As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you combine technical know‑how with customer focus, supporting companies in their journey through automation and drives technologies.

Your task:

You act as the technical expert who translates customer needs into clear, actionable solutions. From classic automation and drive systems to the latest digitalization trends, you bridge the gap between technology and real‑world industry challenges.

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via phone and digital channels
  • Analyze customer specifications and identify technical needs
  • Develop and configure solutions within the Siemens Digital Industries automation and drives portfolio
  • Prepare and explain technical and commercial quotations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal Siemens teams
  • Contribute to process optimization and propose improvements to workflows

Your skills:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in a technical field, or equivalent through experience (We also welcome motivated recent graduates)
  • Passionate about technology, automation, and innovation
  • Strong communicator in Dutch or French, with solid knowledge of English
  • Analytical, well‑organized, and creative in problem‑solving
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys sharing knowledge
