You will make a difference in...
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that help build community and morale within the organization, cultural celebrations to wellness programs.
  • Assist with People & Organization (HR) initiatives aimed at enhancing the end‑to‑end employee experience, supporting key moments across the employee lifecycle
  • Support AI exploration within P&O (HR) by assisting the team in identifying opportunities where AI and digital tools can improve efficiency, quality, and employee experience (e.g. content drafting, simple automation, workflow support)
  • Amplifying the Employee Voice: Assist in drafting professional P&O communications and managing feedback loops to ensure leadership stays connected to the needs of the workforce.
  • Support ad‑hoc People & Organization (HR)  projects, ranging from local policy updates to regional talent development programs.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving routine administrative tasks, identifying simpler, more digital ways to support day‑to‑day HR operations

Your Defining Qualities:
  • Academic Path: Currently pursuing a degree in any field at a Singapore-based institution.
  • The "Social Glue": You possess a high degree of empathy and an approachable spark—you enjoy meeting new people and building bridges across different departments.
  • Creative Flair: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or high-end PowerPoint design; you have an eye for aesthetics and can make internal announcements "pop."
  • Organizational Resilience: You can juggle multiple event timelines and vendor communications in a fast-paced, professional environment.
  • Communication Excellence: Professional fluency in English (written and verbal); you can write a corporate email that still sounds warm and authentically human.
  • Proactive Ownership: You don't just wait for a task—you see a gap in the office culture and suggest a strategic, creative solution to fill it.
