Your mission will be… 
  • Support on employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring accesses and equipment management;
  • Management of objects on loan;
  • Equipment ordering;
  • Office material management;
  • Equipment reselling management;
  • Function mailboxes and distribution lists management;
  • Support on people shared network drives;
  • Support on employee working environment: hybrid working model;
  • Work with different business lines in order to standardize processes.

We are looking for someone with…
  • 1-2  years of successful experience in Customer Service, Data Processing or Human Resources;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Sensitivity to intercultural issues;
  • Ability to manage priorities;
  • Organized and structured;
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (other languages are a plus);
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
  • Knowledge of computers, relevant and applicable client/server applications is required;
  • Experience in help desk applications, database reporting and query tools is preferred;
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources policies and procedures is preferred.
