We are looking for a Business Controller.

As a member of the Team, you’ll make a difference by:

  • Independently supporting and advising GBS stakeholders in your area of responsibility on all financial topics
  • Relying on a close and cooperative partnership with the heads of departments and stakeholders and creating meaningful management reporting to ensure business success.
  • Participating in cross-functional GBS initiatives for the further development and introduction of new methods, processes and procedures for accounting and controlling with a focus on innovation, digitization and automation
  • Supporting the target and forecast process, taking into account local planning premises and targets, costing & pricing, and proposal preparation
  • Being responsible for the independent monitoring of the offer and ISA process as well as the charging in compliance with all guidelines and rules, e.g. FRG, RIC, compliance and transfer price regulations.
Your success is grounded in:

  • An educational background in Business Administration or Finance with 3+ years of commercial work experience
  • Sound business management expertise (e.g. revenue recognition, FCF, etc.) as well as analytical skills
  • Experience handling Microsoft Office as well as commercial SAP applications. Furthermore, you have a high affinity for the successful digitalization and automation of financial processes
  • Fluency in English (additional languages e.g. German are an advantage) and being comfortable working in an international group
  • Ability to enjoy preparing complex issues in a compact and transparent way and presenting them to the management. Ideally, you have demonstrated this in the course of project work
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, teamwork, results orientation and assertiveness complete your profile
