We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Software Quality Assurance Engineer with exposure to AI-driven testing methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality releases through a combination of manual, automated, and intelligent testing strategies. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of traditional QA and emerging AI-assisted testing practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across product releases
• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using modern tools
• Leverage AI/ML tools to improve test coverage, defect detection, and test efficiency
• Implement intelligent test case generation and predictive defect analysis (where applicable)
• Execute and monitor CI/CD-integrated testing pipelines
• Analyze test results and generate actionable insights and reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with R&D and Product teams to validate features against customer requirements
• Continuously improve QA processes using data-driven and AI-assisted approaches

Required Qualifications

• We need someone with Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, with 1–2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing
• We are looking for someone with Strong understanding of Unix/Linux environments Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting!
• Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
• Proven understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in testing (e.g., test optimization, anomaly detection)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
