You'll make an impact by

  • You support the Project Management Office (PMO) by assisting in integration and carveout projects, ensuring smooth workflows and reliable documentation
  • Building on this, you prepare project-specific presentations and documents to communicate key information effectively to stakeholders
  • Subsequently, you track project status, monitor milestones, and maintain accurate records to help keep all parties informed
  • In addition, you update and manage project reporting tools such as Power BI, contributing to the transparency and clarity of ongoing activities
  • Finally, you collaborate with national and international stakeholders by preparing, analyzing, and presenting relevant project data and KPIs

  • Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program such as business informatics, business administration, or a related field
  • Experience and Skills:
    • You have good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Power BI, Teams, and Visio
    • You possess strong analytical thinking and are eager to develop professional skills in project management
    • You are experienced in preparing presentations and project documentation
  • Ways of Working: You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, accuracy, and a structured way of working, complemented by team spirit and strong communication skills
  • Languages: You have good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
