What if your next role actually made you excited for Mondays? At Siemens Mobility, we believe our people are the cornerstone of our success. We are committed to nurturing a supportive and inclusive environment where every team member can thrive. Join our global community, where your growth and development are as important as our shared mission to innovate and transform the Rail industry.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring materials flow smoothly into production by leading, motivating and developing a team of warehouse operatives. You’ll oversee the receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials, ensuring safe and efficient operations while embedding best practice, maintaining stock integrity, and driving continuous improvement. This role gives you the autonomy to lead your team, shape daily performance, and make a real difference to operational success.

You’ll make a difference by…
  • Leading and motivating a team of warehouse operatives, fostering a positive and performance‑driven culture.
  • Planning workloads and resources to ensure all warehouse activities — from goods‑in to dispatch — are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Owning KPI/SLA performance, identifying trends and driving improvements across daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Ensuring accurate receipt, storage, scanning and system updates to maintain strong stock integrity and high operational standards.
  • Embedding safe systems of work, maintaining up‑to‑date RA/SSOW, and championing a proactive Health, Safety & Environmental culture.
  • Developing your team through training, upskilling and effective onboarding to ensure strong competency and skill coverage.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, escalating operational issues effectively, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Your success will be grounded by…
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment in a similar role (or deputising in one).
  • Proven leadership experience managing a team of 10+ warehouse staff.
  • Experience leading MHE operations (e.g., FLT, pallet trucks).
  • Strong track record working in a target-driven environment, including reporting key metrics to management.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, motivate and support your team.
  • A proactive, organised and enthusiastic approach, able to manage your workload effectively while supporting others.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
It would be beneficial to have:
  • HSE qualifications such as IOSH or NEBOSH.
  • FLT licence or similar MHE qualifications.
  • Experience with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Experience working in a cross‑cultural environment.
