You’ll make an impact by:

• Manage employee particulars in WD.
• Experience in different products of employee data management.
• Sort and prioritize daily requests to process and deliver within the SLA.
• Execute and monitor the complete process of employee management.
• Working with Team Lead to drive improvement initiatives within the team.
• Provide resolution for employee queries.
• Better team coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications like Word and Excel.
• Knowledge in WD.
• Excellent English language skill -Spoken & Written.
• Any graduate.

• Have minimum 5 years’ experience in HR Operations.
• Should be able to multi-task, managing both operations activities and special projects.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to coordinate and complete tasks as per schedule.

• Demonstrated effectiveness in working with customers.
