Lead IT Business Partner

Description: Information Technology (IT) - Business Partner

As a trusted partner to Country Corporate functions, you will drive key big-ticket global initiatives, leverage power of analytics / AI while ensuring financial and legal/statutory compliance for listed legal entities. In this role, you will lead IT excellence (portfolio assessment and development, streamline auditory processes and establish escalation management for end users and key stakeholders)

Responsibilities:

       Leadership: Manage and develop a team of IT resources (externals and internals) and partners across the lead country region, building a high performing, diverse and customer-centric culture, build a strong portfolio. Foster cross-border collaboration with global IT hubs and value centers; ensure transparent, timely communication with stakeholders.

       Change management & adoption of IT excellence: Lead organizational change for digital initiatives, driving adoption of automation, cloud services, and data & AI use cases. Oversee end-user and onsite support in partnership with global value centers; achieve SLA/SLO targets and elevate user experience. Ensure robust BCP/DR, incident/crisis response, and operational resilience across lead country entities

       Strategic alignment, global program delivery: Implement global IT strategies and architectures, adapting to local regulatory requirements and ensuring fit-for-purpose solutions. Enforce cybersecurity compliance and financial / legal/ statutory compliances (viz. data privacy act, FRG, Carve outs, mergers and acquisitions). Ability to develop IT digital roadmaps and track the execution

       IT Governance: Enforce IT circulars, build guidelines towards procurement, demand/project management, architecture and application management.  Measure outcomes (savings, productivity, revenue enablement) and report progress through executive-ready dashboards. Drive IT communications internally towards end users, stakeholders and key user communities. Be the partner to procurement team and global IT team to work on IT Contracts and Vendor management

Requirements:

       Preferably graduate degree in IT/Computer Science/Finance + masters in business administration or marketing coupled with AI /data minor.

       12+ years of experience in IT or Digital function (preferably in stakeholder-facing IT role)

       Strong enterprise level business understanding coupled with SAP functional and analytics qualification. preferably with S4 environment

       Proven Program / Project management skills

       Versed with emerging technology trends in analytics: cyber security, data mesh/cloud, AI/ML, edge/cloud technology, Robotics automation

       Sound domain knowledge in Sales, shared services and Finance

       Deep understanding of auditory and legal / statutory acts and its requirement in a large multi-national company

Behavioral Skills:

       Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective stakeholder management

       Strong customer focus and experience in working with senior leadership

       Willingness to learn, grasp and adapt to new digital skills.

       Enthusiastic, Experimental and Execution centric

       Capable of building strong relationships and working independently in a international matrix organization
