Part Time Working Student (DevOps/Configuration Engineer)

What are my responsibilities?
• Being responsible of the DevOps pipeline in an Azure DevOps based development environment
• Handling of the integration processes (build, release, deployment, version control, branching and merging, etc.)
• Monitoring and maintenance of the build servers and pipelines
• Establishing a continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipeline and maintaining its operation
• Supporting configuration-related processes of projects during release cycles
• Conforming to Siemens processes, quality standards and guidelines
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• 3rd-year undergraduate student in Computer Engineering or related areas
• Willing to follow software engineering/devops engineer/configuration engineer career path.
• Very good command of English.
• Minimum 2,5 days/week availability is expected (partly remote working).
• Motivated to use/learn AI tools to enhance system, pipelines and operational workflows (such as GitHub Copilot)
• Eager to learn Industrial Automation domain know-how and Siemens specific technologies.
• Hands-on experience in programming/scripting languages; such as C#, Bash, PowerShell, Python
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and Microsoft Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps
