We are looking for a Corporate Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Professional based out of Kalwa, Navi Mumbai.

This position plays a critical role in driving EHS culture, compliance, and performance across multiple manufacturing and project site locations and offices. The Corporate EHS Professional will partner closely with both corporate leadership and site EHS teams to develop, implement, and standardize programs aligned with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other regulatory and corporate requirements.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership presence, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. This role provides strategic guidance, hands on support, and tools to help businesses achieve Siemens’ EHS goals and continuous improvement objectives.

This position requires domestic travel to support business teams / sites.

The candidate shall report to Country EHS head, Siemens India with key contributions in following areas.

•           Supports the country EHS Head in fulfilling her/his EHS responsibility, i.e. maintaining an effective EHS Management System

•           Ensure compliance with applicable EHS legal requirements

•           Fulfilling global EHS related requirements of Siemens head quarters

•           Support in corporate governance by formulating and implementing EHS strategies, guidelines, conducting campaigns, incident investigations, factory and project site assessments, contractor management, training and competency development, communications, etc. 

•           Monitoring implementation of EHS processes and performance across businesses

•           Establish and maintain certifiable EHS management system 

•           Corporate EHS reporting – Regular monthly EHS KPIs for management reviews, Board presentations, Enterprise Risk Management, Risks and Internal Control, Internal Control over Financial Reporting, legal compliances, Securities and Exchange Board of India disclosures, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting, Management Review Meetings etc.

•           Stake holder collaboration - Business EHS teams, business teams, corporate functions, contractors, management teams, external industry bodies (ex. CII / FICCI), etc. for effective implementation of EHS management system

•           Implement and maintain digital tools for enabling standardization of processes

•           Explore and implement advancing technological solutions to enhance EHS

•           Data management skills for meaningful insights guiding strategy

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds.

•           Preferred qualifications - BE / B Tech in Electrical or Electronics or Mechanical Engineering, with about 8 - 10 years of experience in the field of EHS-Management – overseeing factory operations and project sites.

•           You have a degree in technical education and EHS related relevant qualification (e.g. ADIS / NEBOSH). 

•           Evidenced training/expertise in the broader spectrum of EHS topics. Expert level knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001 management system and implementing/ managing management system elements. 

•           Evidenced Project Management training / experience 

•           Data management / analytical skills / experience

•           Proven experience in working with management systems.
