As a Project Performance and Compliance Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that all aspects of large customer projects are systematically planned, executed, monitored, and continuously improved across the entire project lifecycle—from bid preparation through execution and closeout. This role is critical to meeting customer requirements, minimizing non‑conformance costs, ensuring adherence to Siemens project governance, and supporting overall project success.


As the Project Performance and Compliance Manager, you will:

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of Project Quality Plans in alignment with Siemens standards, ISO quality frameworks (e.g., ISO 9000/9001/10005/10006), and customer expectations.
  • Integrate project quality and compliance practices across all project phases, including bid preparation, contract review, risk and opportunity management, supplier quality, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
  • Facilitate and moderate project milestone Quality Gates, readiness reviews, audits, and lessons‑learned workshops to ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and opportunities, ensuring lessons learned are captured and applied to future projects.
  • Support effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including project management, operations, finance, sales, suppliers, and customers.
  • Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and archiving of all quality and compliance activities in accordance with Siemens policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to project teams on quality management principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Drive proactive cost control, reduction of non‑conformance costs, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve project performance.
  • Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement across the project organization.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:  

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Experience in project management and quality management systems, with working knowledge of relevant standards and Siemens governance models.
  • Demonstrated ability in risk management, stakeholder engagement, moderation, and cross‑functional collaboration within complex project environments.
  • Experience with supplier quality management, contract management, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to evaluate project data, identify trends, and drive effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive compliance.
  • Ability to foster a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement across project teams.
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $135,303 - $231,948 annually with a target incentive of of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
