We are looking for a professional to join the Pre-Sales Team Leader within the Digital & Automation division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tender process, ensuring the effective preparation of both technical and financial proposals, and providing support to the sales team.
This role involves close collaboration with product marketing, clients, and partners to deliver comprehensive and competitive solutions.
Your role:
- Full tender management: overseeing the entire process, from analyzing the Tender Specifications and Regulations to defining the requirements and the technical and financial content of the Siemens Healthineers proposal.
- Preparation of technical and financial bids: drafting documentation in collaboration with the Public Tenders Office, which is responsible for administrative compliance.
- Pre-Sales team coordination: managing the team and fostering the professional growth and development of its members.
- Bid development for public and private entities: preparing comprehensive technical and economic offers tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Product presentations and demos: delivering demonstrations of Siemens IT solutions to both public and private sector clients.
- Sales force support: acting as a technical consultant for direct and indirect sales teams across the national territory.
- Marketing collaboration: working with the Marketing department to produce technical documentation and product-related materials.
- Third-party solution assessment: evaluating technical proposals from external partners to integrate and enhance the Siemens Healthineers portfolio.
Your expertise:
- Proven experience in Pre-Sales activities and tender management within the medical/healthcare sector.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to plan activities effectively and accurately while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Team player with a natural inclination for collaboration, as well as for coordinating and monitoring activities related to assigned tenders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in marketing, sales, and interfacing with both clients and partners.
- Willingness to travel nationwide to support business partners and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good command of the English language.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar) is highly appreciated.
