The Payroll Executive is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies. The role involves handling salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, Accounting, Accruals, Reconciliations and coordinating with internal teams

Key Responsibilities:
•Process monthly payroll for employees with accuracy and timeliness (Input to Output)
•Maintain and update employee payroll records 
•Calculate salaries, bonuses, and final settlements (F&F) 
•Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF and gratuity 
•Handle income tax calculations and support tax declarations and proofs validation 
•Coordinate with HR ops Team for employee data changes (new joiners, exits, salary revisions etc) 
•Prepare payroll reports and MIS for management review 
•Resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies from employees 
•Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness 
•Accounting Knowledge, Balance Reconciliation, JV Preparation, Accruals, Audit Schedule & Other Closing related work.
•Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and consultants when required

Skills & Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or related field
•7–10 years of experience in payroll processing
•Strong knowledge of payroll software (e.g., SAP, Workday, Excel)
•Good understanding of statutory compliance and labour laws
•Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas etc)
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
•Good communication and interpersonal skills
