At Siemens, the Junior IT Business Partner plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation and bridging the gap between business needs and innovative IT solutions. This position provides the opportunity to shape the future of technology by collaborating with global teams, aligning with strategic goals, and delivering impactful results across multiple countries.

Core Responsibilities
  • Business–IT Alignment: Act as the bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into clear, actionable IT requirements and user stories aligned with strategy.
  • Requirements & Innovation: Gather, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements, leveraging existing solutions and identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and AI adoption.
  • Solution Delivery: Coordinate requirements through development, testing, and deployment, ensuring solutions meet business needs, integrate smoothly, comply with regulations, and pass user acceptance testing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Service & Governance teams across Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia on IT roadmaps and portfolios, escalating critical issues as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field.
  • IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Technology Exposure: Experience with or interest in AI and ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Relevant Experience: Background in business analysis, IT consulting, or business engineering.
  • Process Analysis: Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical, problem solving, and task management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Strong networking abilities in an intercultural, international environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
