Salary: 2 500 EUR/month + variable bonus.

We are searching for new team member (f/m) in our local legal team in Bratislava to provide legal services - substitution during maternity leave with open possibility of further employment.
We are looking for self-reliant, responsible, solution seeking and flexible candidate who is a team player and is able to collaborate with colleagues from other company´s departments effectively. You will also collaborate closely with company leadership and top management, serving as the right-hand person for all matters pertaining to commercial law. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our company meets its legal requirements and navigates the complex landscape of corporate regulations seamlessly.
Your tasks will include:
- In-house legal counseling
- Focus on commercial law, corporate law and public procurement law
- Legal support in public tenders
- Drafting and negotiating contracts
- Contract and claims management
- Legal support in corporate matters including M&A transactions;
- Legal support for other company´s central functions (e.g.. procurement, real estate etc.)
- Collaboration with other departments within Siemens concern
- Other legal support including drafting and/or reviewing templates, internal guidelines and delivering legal trainings.
Required education, skills and personality requirements
Required education
University education (Master's degree) in Law
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Slovak - Proficiency (C2)

What do we expect?
- Over 3 years experience in Commercial Law
- Experience in Public Procurement Law
- Experience with contracts based on FIDIC conditions is advantage
- Fluent in English (including legal terminology)
- German knowledge is a clear plus (but not required)
- Experience in a corporate environment is a significant advantage.
- Work in MS Office
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines
