You'll make a difference by:

• Optimizing Asset Lifecycles: Managing the long-term maintenance and investment strategies for technical building systems to ensure maximum uptime and equipment longevity.
• Leading Technical Projects: Overseeing complex engineering projects from planning to implementation, with a specific focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensuring Operational Compliance: Driving a safety-first culture by ensuring all site activities strictly follow local authority requirements, safety regulations, and legal standards.
• Strategic Budget Management: Monitoring financial performance and providing accurate forecasts for maintenance spending, asset upgrades, and property costs.
• Managing Vendor Performance: Acting as the primary lead for external service providers, ensuring high-quality delivery of facility services and overseeing the vendor selection process.
• Consulting on Infrastructure Design: Providing technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems during the design, testing, and commissioning phases of new site developments.

Your defining qualities / You'll win us over by:

• Technical Expertise: Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering (or similar) with 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities management, or automation.
• Strategic Project Planning: Demonstrating a proven track record in planning technical projects and implementing data-driven, cost-saving solutions.
• Sustainability Leadership: Having practical experience with green building certifications (like LEED or Green Mark) and modern, "smart" facility technologies.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Being skilled at navigating relationships with external contractors and internal leadership, including experience with digital tools and cybersecurity basics.
• Decisive Communication: Displaying strong organizational and advisory skills, with the ability to lead teams and resolve conflicts in a fast-paced environment.
• Regulatory & Reliability Expertise: Having strong knowledge of local codes, building standards, EHS regulations, and maintenance site reliability.
