We are looking for an Order Management and Production Planning Specialist to help us drive efficient production and customer satisfaction within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Customer & Order Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers, handling daily communications and inquiries.
  • Create and maintain master data in the SAP system; accurately enter customer orders.
  • Responsible for preparing daily reports, such as Shipment, Purchase Order (PO), and Sales Order (SO) reports.
• Production Planning & Scheduling:
  • Collaborate closely with the production department to effectively communicate order backlogs to the production team.
  • Develop the factory master plan, including new order plans and turnover forecasts, based on customer demand and production capacity.
  • Monitor production progress, promptly identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues that may affect delivery timelines. Confirm delivery dates and track order information throughout the process to ensure timely delivery. Manage customer new project changes and related tasks.
• Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement:
  • Proactively analyze and present operational status and resolve issues through digital/data-driven methods, including regular reporting and analysis of KPI-related reports to management.

Your defining qualities

• Bachelor's degree or above. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for candidates experienced in Make-to-Order (MTO) environments.
• Knowledge of logistics processes. Proficient in SAP system operations, with practical experience in MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales and Distribution) modules preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Possess database knowledge. Familiarity with digital tools such as Power BI, Qliksense, etc., and the ability to apply them in data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively meet customer needs.
• Strong team collaboration spirit. Proactive work attitude and passion for the job.
• Data-driven mindset, capable of analyzing data and making informed decisions.
• Fluent English in both spoken and written communication is preferred.
