Product Lifecycle Manager IoT Asset Management (f/m/d) 
Department: SI EA PLM IOT AM
Mode of Employment: Permanent / Full-time

As a Product Lifecycle Manager IoT for Medium-Voltage Asset Management, you will drive strategy, product lifecycle, profitability, and innovation across the entire lifecycle.
You’ll make an impact by 
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and maintain the long-term product strategy and roadmap for our IoT offerings in the medium-voltage systems
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape in IoT field for medium-voltage systems to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and priorities
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, maintenance, and end-of-life
Manage cross-functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure timely product launches, lifecycle activities and customer satisfaction
Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement continuous improvements
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and campaigns
Support the sales team by providing product expertise, training, and sales enablement resources
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the central point of contact for all IoT product-related activities, fostering collaboration across various teams
Participate in product development and project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality
Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle

Your success is grounded in
Education
o Master’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering, power systems, or related field 
Experience & Skills
o 5+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, with a focus on IoT solutions for asset management and condition monitoring 
o Strong understanding of IoT technologies, IoT architectures, on-premises and cloud platforms, and industry trends
o You have a good technical understanding of medium-voltage systems or products, and technical understanding of low-voltage systems or products will be added advantage
o Knowledge of automation systems, IEC standards, and communication protocols (Modbus TCP, Profibus, IEC 61850, Profinet, OPC UA).
o Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex, software-intensive products
o Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
o Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
o Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
o Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices
o Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
o Fluent English skills
